Sunday School

We meet every Sunday at 9:30AM in the educational building, Room # 2 (1215 Garfield Ave).  We always go through a book of the Bible, chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse, with a study that touches both the mind and the heart.  We are currently in the Gospel of John.

Discipleship Class

We meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm in the educational building, Room # 2.  We pray and go through the discipleship curriculum “MasterLife” by Avery T. Willis (http://www.lifeway.com/n/Product-Family/MasterLife).  We are in volume # 3 entitled, “The Disciple’s Victory”!                                                                                                                        

We have also used Francis Chan’s Basic series (http://basicseries.com/) and recommend his Multiply material (https://s3.amazonaws.com/multiplymovement.com/index.html).  We also recommend anything by David Platt and Kyle Idleman.

Children’s Church

Child care is provided on Sunday mornings in the primary room.  Kids can be checked in for nursery or children’s church.  Children’s church consists of songs, prayer, Bible stories and Scripture, snack, and play time.

We recommend praying according to the acronym ACTS:

A – adoration

C – confession

T – thanksgiving

S – supplication
